Nike

An Album dedicated to my interpretation of Nike, the goddess of victory. She is reimagined as a sporty young woman with an overly competitive nature due to her inability to lose at seemingly anything. Be it games, displays of athleticism, or even supposedly random sweepstakes, Nike is almost cursed with victory. What does that do to a person's psyche? That was exactly what Athena, goddess of knowledge sought to understand when she took an interest in Nike. What started as casual conversations soon became deeper, and Nike came to view Athena as a close friend. At last, she no longer felt ostracized by her abilities, as there was someone who saw her as a person. But perhaps Athena came to see Nike as something more than a friend.
