My reinterpretation of Ishtar, goddess of sexual love. A gyaru/gal sex worker who has become sort of a den mother to wayward succubi and incubi who found themselves without leadership or a home after Ragnarok. She may seem unintelligent due to her valley girl style of speech, but she's cunning, especially in matters of love & warfare.
