My reinterpretation of Ishtar, goddess of sexual love. A gyaru/gal sex worker who has become sort of a den mother to wayward succubi and incubi who found themselves without leadership or a home after Ragnarok. She may seem unintelligent due to her valley girl style of speech, but she's cunning, especially in matters of love & warfare. Ishtar was a gyaru succubus in her younger days but became a criminal kingpin of a mythological red-light district. Nobody crosses Miss Kitty and gets away with it? Because while many know she's a love & fertility goddess and seeks her out for those reasons, Ishtar is also a goddess of war.
