My name is Irina Popova (also known in the Internet as Helly Valentine or Disharmonica), I'm the cosplay model from Russia.

Several articles of my content were copied onto your servers without permission.

The original pics (in a photobook format) of me are exclusive in the following link::

The unauthorized and infringing copy (scans) can be found at the following page on your website:
https://catbox.moe/c/bobrnh

As you can see, the content in the shared links is the same as the photo book I sell.

This letter is official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”), and I seek the removal of the aforementioned infringing material from your servers. I request that you immediately remove the content and/or access to the content and notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to cease any further posting of infringing material to your server in the future.

Please also be advised that law requires you, as a website, to remove or disable access to the infringing materials upon receiving this notice. Under DMCA law a service provider, such as yourself, enjoys immunity from a copyright lawsuit provided that you act with deliberate speed to investigate and rectify ongoing copyright infringement.
