I am writing to urgently request the removal of the following file from your servers:

This content originates from a Swedish criminal investigation file and includes confidential materials such as medical expert assessments and forensic reports. It has been uploaded and made public without the consent of those affected, and the uploader has no legal, ethical, or proprietary right to possess, distribute, or publish this material.

This represents a serious violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – the European Union’s data protection law, which applies to any service making EU residents’ personal data available, regardless of server location. It also constitutes a clear breach of Catbox’s Terms of Service, which prohibit hosting illegal or privacy-violating content.


This exposure is neither defensible nor

proportionate. Publishing this level of

detail about identifiable, innocent

individuals—without consent—is a gross

violation of their fundamental rights and a

breach of Article 5(1)(a, b, c) and Article 6

of the General Data Protection Regulation

(GDPR). It cannot be justified under any

interpretation of “public interest”. 

Allowing this file to remain accessible is not only unlawful — it is profoundly unethical. Publishing deeply personal details from criminal and medical files violates basic human dignity and contradicts widely accepted codes of corporate conduct and responsibility.

I urge you to:

Immediately remove the file from your platform
Prevent any further access or distribution
Confirm what action has been taken.
